Your flowers are as fresh as we can make them. We buy daily and our flowers come overnight into the UK and then to us the same morning. We only use A1 quality.
Should you have any problems with your flowers and have carried out the following:
… removed them from the aqua wrap within 12 hours and re cut the stems
… placed in a clean vase of fresh deep water
… their water has been changed and stems re cut every other day
… kept them cool
… then please bring them for us to see.
In very rare cases there may have been a problem originating at the growers and we need to show the flowers to our wholesaler for a credit. In this case we would of course offer a replacement bouquet.
We can not be held responsible for Recipients of flowers being away for more than a day at the time of the delivery. We will attempt to re deliver the following day, should we be given a delivery contact number, (please see our Privacy Policy), but after this time the flowers will be too open to use and a new order will be required.
We will deliver your Flowers as close to your preferred delivery time as possible. Rarely it may be necessary to deliver later than requested for operational reasons.
We reserve the right to replace Flower varieties in any images on our website due to seasonal variation
Wedding Flowers are quoted for and agreed by the Customer and at this time a £100 Deposit is payable to hold the Date. The Balance is due 2 weeks before the Wedding Day. At this point any significant changes may not be possible.
